Auracle is focused on building gold resources through development of the Mexican Hat property in southeast Arizona. Auracle is managed by a group of highly experienced exploration geologists and supported by strong corporate shareholders.

On December 12, 2012, Auracle announced that Commonwealth Silver and Gold Mining Inc. terminated the Agreement Letter to amalgamate Auracle Resources with Commonwealth Silver. The arrangement, originally announced October 12, 2012, specified that Auracle had entered into the binding Letter Agreement. Completion of the transaction was subject to due diligence of each company and to a completion of a financing not less than $5 million.

Auracle management maintains an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Mexican Hat property, located in Cochise County, Arizona and continues to focus on realizing the full potential of the property.
